Manager and founder of ENCOTEH is Zarko Galic B.Sc. Mech. Engineer. Mr Galic began his carrier at Energoprojekt company where he worked 6 years on the designing and installation of HVAC systems on projects in the country and abroad.

 He took part in the building of the hotel Hyatt Regency Belgrade and when it was completed he started to work for world famous hotel chain Hyatt International. He was working for 20 years as a Director of Engineering department and he gained enormous experiance in managing, maintenance and renovating of the hotel premises. In the Hyatt Regency Hotel he did the complete handover of the project together with the commissioning of all the installed systems and equipment.

He was maintaining the hotel with the team he had trained himself to work at the highest standards. He organized and carried out hotel renovation in several phases and during that time the hotel was normally functioning. The renovation included the following: guest rooms, restaurants, sports center, kitchens, offices,technical systems-new PABX, high speed Internet, hotel computer network,new CCTV and satellite systems,BAS,parking control and dimming system.

During his career at the Hyatt International he was engaged by the company to be in charge of the inspection and handover at new hotels abroad.

In the period of 2006-2009 on his own initiative he started and managed several projects for energy saving and reduced energy consumption by 25% which reduced energy costs by 150,000.00 Euro per year.
